Onions – 2
Garlic – 2 cloves
Straw potato – 400g
Soy cream – 400 ml
Leek – 1
Parsley – q.s.
Black olives – 50 g
Indian turmeric/turmeric – 10 g
Brewer’s yeast – 20 g

Cooking Steps

  1. In a large pan with hot olive oil, sauté the onions in half rings, half an inch thick.
  2. Only when the onions are golden and sautéed, add the sliced leek.
  3. When the leek is cooked, add the chopped garlic.
  4. In a bowl, lightly mix the soy cream with the brewer’s yeast and turmeric and season with salt and pepper if desired.
  5. Add the cream to the pan.
  6. Let the cream reduce a little and add half of the straw potatoes to the pan. Let the potatoes soften a little.
  7. Add the rest of the potatoes and olives.
  8. Finish with chopped parsley.
