Ingredients

Filling

Yellow sugar -250g
Flour – 2 tbsp
Cooked grain – 150g
Butter – 25g
Eggs – 2
Gems – 3
Lemon – ½
Cinnamon – ½ tsp
Powdered sugar and flour – q.s. (to sprinkle)

Pie dough

Flour – 250g
Butter – 150g
Sugar – 100g
1 egg

Cooking Steps

Filling

  1. Add all the filling ingredients and blend.
  2. Place the dough in a tart pan and prick with a fork.
  3. Add the filling on top of the dough.
  4. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for around 30 minutes.

Dough

  1. Beat the butter with the sugar until it has a creamy appearance (the butter must be at a consistency of
    ointment).
  2. We add the egg at room temperature.
  3. We add and mix the flour until it is all incorporated and has a uniform texture (it is not necessary to knead the dough).
  4. Place the dough in the oven at 180º.
