Ingredients

Drained canned black beans – 200 g
Ham slices – 2 slices
Laurel – 2 leaves
Olive oil – q.s.
Onion – 1
Garlic – 2 cloves
Salt and pepper
Fresh chives – q.s.
Fresh parsley or coriander – q.s.

Cooking Steps

  1. Arrange the slices of ham on a baking tray on top of the grill. Bake at 120º for 15 to 25 minutes until completely dehydrated.
  2. Drain the beans.
  3. In a frying pan with hot oil, sauté the chopped onion.
  4. When the onion browns, add the chopped garlic.
  5. Add the beans and a little boiling water.
  6. Add the bay leaves and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. Beat in the Thermomix until creamy. Save the broth and keep it warm.
  8. Serve in mugs with crispy ham, chives and chopped coriander
