Apple and wild berries crumble

Apples – 6
Cinnamon stick – 1
Red fruits – 50g

Cold butter – 110g
Wheat flour – 150g
Whole oats – 70g
Brown sugar – 100g

Cooking Steps

1. Mix the sugar, flour, ground cinnamon and oats in a stainless steel bowl.
2. Add the cold cubed butter and mix with your hands.
3. Place the mixture on a tray with baking paper and bake at 200º for 20 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes.

1. Cut the apples into small cubes (0.5 cm on each side).
2. In a pan, sauté the apples with a little butter, with the cinnamon stick over low heat.
3. When cooked (al dente) add the red fruits, mix and set aside.

Can be served unconstructed or set up on a tray.
