Several workstations and tables in a gastronomic eco-system
WEAT Master Chef Kitchen in Lisbon was inspired by the most successful cooking television series in the world: Masterchef. And it was designed for corporate events in Lisbon and group cooking classes. At each event, the group is divided into teams that select their own roles in the kitchen.
If amateur chefs are put to the test on the TV show, WEAT’s Master Chef Kitchen is for food lovers looking to have fun, enjoy and share good food and their culinary passion.

Meet the chef
Carolina Ribeiro
Carolina Ribeiro has the most decadent desserts in Lisbon. She’s worked in Michellin Star restaurants and has her own Pastry Business: O Grão de Cacau. From a Monster “half melted half crunchy big chocolate chunks” cookie to awesome birthday and wedding cakes, Carolina has the best desserts we ever tasted.
Carolina first took a degree in Engineering, but decided that she rather build sweeter things. She decided to take another degree, in Culinary Arts and some other courses in Food Photography and Food Styling.
With all this background, Carolina only works with the finest ingredients to reach the best results. Her puff pastry is simply one of the crunchiest and tastiest we ever eaten. We always wish that there is some puff pastry left overs to make the best mini Palmiers ever.
